5 hours for a service Car booked in for 12pm, told it would be a couple of hours for service and i would
get a call to confirm when to collect my car, i had to call at 4pm to find out what was happening knly tk be told it wouldnt be ready til after 5pm. Took far longer than i was told, lost my day off as i had no car
